The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has appointed Clement Lau as the chairman of its Hong Kong board.
Mr Lau’s two-year term began on September 1. He was previously vice-chairman of the RICS Hong Kong board. Mr Lau is the head of development and valuations of Hongkong Land’s commercial property group. Before, he worked for the Hong Kong Lands Department and the Airport Authority Hong Kong. The board gained three new members on 1 September, 2016.
They are Philip Chen, the Hong Kong Jockey Club’s director designate of property; Dave Hallam, Arcadis’s head of business advisory services in Hong Kong and Macau; and Rita Wong, JLL’s international director of valuation advisory services.
