• Cushman & Wakefield win at RICS HK Property Awards 2012

    Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately owned real estate services firm, has won the Retail Agency Team of the Year and received a merit in the category of Office Agency of the Year in the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Hong Kong Property Awards.

    Michele Woo, Senior Director of Retail Transaction Services at Cushman & Wakefield said, “We are very honoured to receive the inaugural awards organised by RICS Hong Kong. Looking forward, we will continue to maintain our quality services and strive to better understand our clients’ needs. By doing this, we hope that the level of retail leasing services in Hong Kong can be raised as a whole.”

    The 280-meter-tall Lumina Shanghai, developed by Henderson Land Group and designed by Gensler, is the tallest skyscraper in the Xuhui Riverside District.


    A sophisticated yet modern setting was derived by juxtaposition of Indochine-Vietnamese features and wood-fire inspired material palettes. Re-interpretation of the spatial order of a typical Indochine-Vietnamese mansion has been adopted to give hierarchy, layers and details to the space.
