Nick Bradstreet
Savills is delighted to announce that Peter Yuen and Nick Bradstreet, both previously Deputy Managing Directors of Savills, have been promoted to Managing Directors, effective 1 January 2016.
Peter, who is also the Head of Investment and Sales, possesses 28 years of real estate experience, of which 25 years have been spent with Savills. As Deputy Managing Director since 2010, he helped build the biggest investment team in Hong Kong which has transacted over HK$30 billion in 2015, making it the second best record year.
Nick, who is also the Head of Leasing, has over 28 years of property experience and possesses a unique understanding of the retail market across Hong Kong and Asia Pacific. During his time at Savills, he has been responsible for assisting some of the world’s biggest retail names to secure flagships in Hong Kong and the Region. Apart from his role as Head of Leasing,overseeing the retail, office and residential teams, he also acts as a bridge between the Savills Asia regional offices and the London headquarters.
