(8 February 2017, Hong Kong) International real estate consultancy Savills has earlier been appointed as the sole agent for the sale of 22/F Silvercorp International Tower at 707-713 Nathan Road, Kowloon.
Recently, Savills has successfully sold 22/F at HK$22 million, translating to HK$9,065 per sq ft, with a passing yield of 3.4%. Silvercorp International Tower is located in a hotspot on Nathan Road, Mong Kok. The Tower was completed in 1994. The gross floor area of 22/F is 2,427 sq ft.
Paul Leung, Deputy Senior Director of Kowloon Commercial Savills, Savills said, “located in the core area of Mongkok with high pedestrian flow and 1 minute walk from MTR station and convenient transportation, the property has attracted much attention from the market when it was first launched in August last year. Currently, it is common in Mongkok for an office floor to be divided into sub-units with various owners. Hence, one whole office floor with a single ownership and without sub-divided units are pretty rare. The new buyer has grasped such opportunity which we regarded as one of the best moments.”
We will continue to sell 23/F of Silvercorp International Tower, with a better view and size same as 22/F. I believe this property will, again, entice interest from potential end-users and investors.”
