Unveiled in Hong Kong today, Autodesk’s latest software portfolio includes enhanced suites that provide expanded toolsets and new automated workflows for architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure, entertainment product, plant and factory design, as well as a new cloud computing platform, Autodesk 360, that provides the ability to store, edit and share designs and access virtually infinite cloud computing power anytime, anywhere – making designers more mobile and more competitive.

Autodesk 360 – Bringing Design and Engineering to a New Era of Mobility with Cloud
The 2013 software and services portfolio includes access to Autodesk 360 (formerly known as Autodesk Cloud), which gives all customers free* access to 3GB cloud storage, file viewing and sharing capabilities. Autodesk Subscription customers gain even more cloud benefits, including additional storage and access to powerful services for rendering, simulation, design optimization and energy analysis. Subscription customers now receive up to 25 GB of storage and between 100 and 500 Autodesk Cloud Units per seat to access Autodesk 360 cloud services.

Autodesk 2013 Design and Creation Suites combine the capabilities of Autodesk 360 with the enhanced workflows of Autodesk design suites to help customers respond to changing business requirements. Offering an economical way for users to access their primary design and creation software, including AutoCAD 2013, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Autodesk 3ds Max and Autodesk Maya software, plus an expanded toolset of complementary software and cloud services.

Autodesk Entertainment Creation Suites 2013, favored by leading artists in film, television, games and advertising, improve consistency and interoperability between applications, making it even easier for artists to benefit from powerful new and enhanced creative features. Containing Autodesk 3ds Max 2013 and Autodesk Maya 2013 animation software, with Autodesk Softimage 2013 3D animation and visual effects software, Autodesk Mudbox 2013 3D sculpting and painting software and Autodesk MotionBuilder 2013 real-time virtual production and motion capture editing software.
- Autodesk 3ds Max 2013 delivers ActiveShade support in the NVIDIA iray renderer, a new render pass system; and enhanced interoperability with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop, as well as new tools for motion graphics, 3D animation and simulation.
