(15 January 2016 – Hong Kong) – Colliers International Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CIGI; TSX: CIG), a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced today the appointment of Chris Currie, senior director, Agency Services, Hong Kong. The appointment is part of a wider company-wide strategy to transform and enhance its offerings.
Currie brings with him deep industry experience having worked in Asia since 2004. He joins from another global real estate services company in their China office where he was the head of sales management, responsible for corporate alignment across their core markets.

In this newly created role, Currie will work closely with the existing leasing leaders to address growth opportunities by leveraging the company’s global platform and drive profitability of the new occupier services business in Hong Kong. He will be responsible for business development initiatives and establishing partnerships that will complement the value of services delivered to clients.
