    22 October 2011

Knight Frank has announced the strengthening of its International Project Marketing Division in Asia Pacific, to support the huge growth in demand from the region. Residential Development Partner Seb Warner moved from London to Hong Kong to head the Asia Pacific region. He is joined by Mimi Capas, who oversees a new leasing division to support the international residential market expansion. In order to meet the expansion, Amous Lee is promoted to Director of the International Project Marketing, Greater China and Victor Li has been appointed as Director of the International Project Marketing Department.

Knight Frank operates from 243 offices, in 43 countries, across six continents.  More than 7,000 staff handle in excess of US$800 billion worth of commercial, agricultural and residential real estate annually, advising clients ranging from individual owners and buyers to major developers, investors and corporate tenants.

The 280-meter-tall Lumina Shanghai, developed by Henderson Land Group and designed by Gensler, is the tallest skyscraper in the Xuhui Riverside District.

A sophisticated yet modern setting was derived by juxtaposition of Indochine-Vietnamese features and wood-fire inspired material palettes. Re-interpretation of the spatial order of a typical Indochine-Vietnamese mansion has been adopted to give hierarchy, layers and details to the space.
