A rare collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom properties covering a broad section of price brackets across southern London and Windsor have been released to the market. London and regional developer, Nicholas King Homes, and Knight Frank launched the four new developments – Ikon, Centric, Avant and Portobello Terrace – in Hong Kong earlier this year. Ikon is located in Wandsworth and consists of nine two- and three-bedroom boutique apartments to be completed in December.
The Centric is a collection of 12 one- and two-bedroom apartments and two penthouses in Windsor, also due for completion in December. Next Spring will see the completion of the Avant development in Putney, with nine apartments, a penthouse and a coach house. The Portobello Terrace development is complete and consists of four homes and one boutique apartment. Knight Frank partner Seb Warner said the developments were a fantastic collection of properties that combined a great investment and lifestyle opportunities in sought-after locations.
