They are also connected to Tung Chung Town Centre by a bus ride. At Riverwalk, residents enjoy the breezy feel of a shoreside living and the comforts and convenience of a modern residence.

Inspired by classical European architecture, Riverwalk comprises six three-storey, marble façaded villa-style blocks that exude a distinct European ambience. The project offers 50 elegantly appointed residential units, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom unit layouts, ranging from 255 to 1,103 sq. ft. (M.F.A.) / 204 to 882 sq. ft. (S.F.A.).

There are options for store room, balcony, flat roof or rooftop garden to accommodate the different needs of individuals, professionals and families.

All units are well-equipped with contemporary home appliances and benefit from the development’s 24-hour security services. Besides, shops on the ground floor, including a convenience store, restaurants and a supermarket, cater to the daily needs of residents.

Riverwalk was put on lease in May, and more than half of the residences have been committed, with the two-bedroom units particularly sought after.

All shops on the ground level have been leased. We expect a brisk leasing market in summer, when expatriates are busy looking for accommodation before their children’s school year begin.’

Monthly rentals of Riverwalk start at HK$8,800, i.e. around HK$20 per sq. ft. (M.F.A.) and HK$24 per sq. ft. (S.F.A.).
