A Toronto waterfront development, Concord CityPlace, has been launched for sale in Hong Kong. Developer Concord Adex says it is the biggest residential community project in the Toronto CBD.

“The intensification of the central business district has created a strong and steady demand for housing in downtown Toronto,” says Brian Fong, Concord Adex senior manager for project marketing. “According to a recent report from the Toronto Real Estate Board in February 2015, the composite benchmark is approximately CAD $528,000, representing a year-on-year increase of 7.84%.”
