Knight Frank Announces Paul Fisher as New CEO for Greater China

Knight Frank is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Fisher as the new Chief Executive Officer of Greater China, effective immediately. Paul will succeed Craig Shute, who has been promoted to the Chief Executive Officer of Knight Frank Asia Pacific since 1 April 2025.

Paul Fisher brings 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, having held senior leadership positions across multiple regions, including Hong Kong SAR, Vietnam, Germany and the UK. With close to 9 years in Hong Kong, he has amassed an in-depth understanding of the HK market whilst in a leading role in the office leasing and tenant representation teams at JLL, successfully concluding over 2 million square feet in transactions. His leadership qualities were further demonstrated during his tenure as the country head for JLL Vietnam from 2020 to 2025, where he steered a team of over 300 employees, driving substantial top and bottom-line growth through strategic hires and new service offerings. His extensive capital markets and leasing experience, coupled with his strong personal client relationships, has enabled him to conclude high-profile transactions and establish himself as a respected leader in commercial real estate. Paul’s expertise in strategic planning, business development, and operational excellence will be instrumental in driving Knight Frank Greater China’s continued growth and success.

Craig Shute has already begun transitioning to his new role as CEO of Knight Frank Asia Pacific. Craig’s leadership and vision have been pivotal in shaping the company’s strategy and operations in Greater China, and his new role will allow him to leverage his experience on a broader regional scale.
