Aligning to CBRE’s commitment to operate across every dimension of commercial real estate and realize the client’s potential, this platform provides a comprehensive selection of commercial real estate listings focused to help SMEs and start-ups find the ideal office space for their business.
Under the umbrella of CBRE Hong Kong’s Advisory and Transaction team Value Properties was designed to address the trends that have emerged in online property searches since the pandemic. CBRE’s research data in the last 3 years have demonstrated that over 80% of leasing deals registered were for spaces under 5,000 sq. ft. in the commercial office market.
