    CIC-YCC-Backdrop07-01The main objective of the CIC Young Construction Conference (YCC) is to create a platform for younger members of our industry to share their vision on the industry and how it could be developed. Future leaders of the industry could exchange their views on a number of popular topics including global economic development, technology application and social issues affecting the industry, as well as the challenges that construction industry practitioners would meet in the future. Local experts, academics and representatives from various construction related organisations will be among the high profile speakers at the YCC.

    The 280-meter-tall Lumina Shanghai, developed by Henderson Land Group and designed by Gensler, is the tallest skyscraper in the Xuhui Riverside District.


    A sophisticated yet modern setting was derived by juxtaposition of Indochine-Vietnamese features and wood-fire inspired material palettes. Re-interpretation of the spatial order of a typical Indochine-Vietnamese mansion has been adopted to give hierarchy, layers and details to the space.
