The Reimagine Park, encompassing state-of-the-art facilities for the PwC Asia Pacific Trust Leadership Institute, will create a platform to empower sustainability, digital innovation, and talent development, where a community of solvers come together to create a sustainable future.
Global leading professional services firm PwC has entrusted Gensler to reimagine the institute of the future – The Reimagine Park. Located in Sanya, Hainan Province, the project brings together the brand, value, and experience in the emerging southern city, marking the start of a unique journey to create an innovative solution co-creation platform, a critical pillar of PwC China’s “The New Equation” strategy to empower sustainability, digital innovation, and talent development.
Gensler’s design reflects PwC’s purpose to “build trust in society and solve important problems,” and creates an environment to promote cooperation as a value and stimulate the firm to become the gamechanger of the future. Leveraging PwC’s global network and resources, it will especially showcase PwC’s digital and ESG innovations, carrying the mission to connect the people, the environment, and the technology.
The Park will provide state-of-the-art facilities for the PwC Asia Pacific Trust Leadership Institute to deliver unique immersive learning experiences focusing on sustainability, digital innovation, health & wellness, and mobility. The design of the park is technology-driven and people-centric. It will adopt cutting-edge environmental protection technology and feature low-carbon construction methods, along with green transportation and energy management systems. With humanity’s relationship with the natural world and the need to strengthen biodiversity as its key concerns, the park will play a pivotal role to contribute to the transformation of today’s agriculture by leveraging Hainan’s natural resources and exploring solutions for sustainable food supply chains and greater food security.
