• Knight Frank receives RICS Awards

    Knight Frank has received RICS awards for the second year running. 

    RICS - Knight FrankOrganised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the RICS Hong Kong Awards 2013 recognise the contribution and outstanding performance of agencies, teams and individuals in the industry.  Knight Frank’s residential team garnered the Residential Agency Team of the Year Award, while Ms Connie Yung was a top three finalist for the Young Achiever of the Year Award.

    This recognises the outstanding achievements and excellent service provided by the company.

    The 280-meter-tall Lumina Shanghai, developed by Henderson Land Group and designed by Gensler, is the tallest skyscraper in the Xuhui Riverside District.


    A sophisticated yet modern setting was derived by juxtaposition of Indochine-Vietnamese features and wood-fire inspired material palettes. Re-interpretation of the spatial order of a typical Indochine-Vietnamese mansion has been adopted to give hierarchy, layers and details to the space.
