International real estate consultancy Savills is delighted to attend the pre-Chinese New Year gathering cum award ceremony organised by the Emperor Group, held at dragon-i in Central. Savills has been awarded the “Best Agent Award 2015 – Company” and “Best Agent Award 2015 – Individual”.
Albert Yeung, Chairman of Emperor Group, Donald Cheung, Executive Director of Emperor Group and Alex Yeung, Corporate Executive of Emperor Group together with management staff from Savills had a delightful afternoon.
Commenting on Savills in receiving the “Best Agent Award 2015 – Company”, Nick Bradstreet, Managing Director and Head of Leasing, Savills said, “as one of the professional property consultancies, we are happy to be recognised by Emperor Group through our diversified consultancy services and property management services. Last year, we dedicated ourselves to looking for the best retail location in town for La Perla, a renowned lingerie brand, settling on 8 Russell Street, Causeway Bay, an Emperor Group property. We also offered comprehensive property management services to the properties of Emperor Group including their latest, “The Pulse” in Repulse Bay, Emperor Group Centre in Wanchai and The Java in North Point.”
On receiving the “Best Agent Award 2015 – Individual”, Peter Yuen, Managing Director and Head of Investment, Savills said, “co-operation with the Emperor Group has always been enjoyable and rewarding. Last year, Savills assisted Emperor Group in purchasing Empire Land Commercial Building in Wanchai, 8 – 10A Mosque Street, Mid-levels West and Wincome Centre in Central, totally over HK$2.5 billion.
