HONG KONG, 30 October 2025 – JLL is delighted to announce that its Property Management team at Manulife Tower in Kowloon Bay has been named Property Management Team of the Year at the 2025 Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Hong Kong Awards, making their second straight win. In addition to this flagship accolade, JLL received Highly Commended recognition in three categories and was shortlisted as a finalist in a further three, underscoring the team’s consistent excellence and commitment to industry best practice.
JLL was highly commended in three categories: Commercial Property Project of the Year for its Project & Development Services (PDS) team; Refurbishment/Revitalisation Team of the Year; and Corporate Responsibility Project of the Year, recognising the collaborative efforts of the Workplace Management (WPM) and PDS teams in delivering outstanding client services. Additionally, our Property Management teams were named finalists in both the Commercial Property Project of the Year and PropTech Innovation of the Year categories, while the WPM team was shortlisted for Facilities Management Team of the Year.
