    The award ceremony for the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) – Building Services Division (BSD) Excellent Building Award 2026 was held on 10/7. The award aims to recognize building projects that demonstrate outstanding implementation of advanced and effective building services engineering solutions.

    Rosana of Yau Lee Group attended the ceremony to receive the following accolades and celebrate this success with the project teams:

    Chai Wan Government Complex and Vehicle Depot – Featuring Hong Kong’s first precast inclined circular ramp

    • Excellent Project Leadership Award

    Dedicated Rehousing Estate at Hung Shui Kiu Phase IA (Eminence Terrace I) – Hong Kong’s tallest concrete MiC building (Year 2024) and first MiC building with balcony
