• New World Manila Bay Hotel Opens

    New World Manila Bay Hotel opened on 1 January 2015 as New World Hotels & Resorts’ second property in the capital and its “Celebration Stay” packagewelcomes discerning travellers with the brand’s signature “modern Oriental hospitality.”

    With “Celebration Stay” guests enjoy a special rate starting at PHP6,800 (USD152) per room per night for a minimum two-night stay in a City Bay View Room, with complimentary access to the Residence Club Living Room for benefits such as daily Continental breakfast, all-day refreshments and evening cocktails.  Also included is a complimentary one-way airport transfers, use of WiFi and the Boardroom for one hour per day and a turndown amenity.  To indulge in the hotel’s dining, guests may opt for the daily buffet at Market Cafe and receive 25 percent discount at hotel restaurants and bars, in addition to 15 percent discount on massage services.  Valid until 31 March 2015 and subject to availability, the rates exclude service charge and tax.

    Located in the heart of Manila, the hotel offers easy access to businesses and major convention centers, shopping areas such as the Mall of Asia — the largest shopping mall in Metro Manila — as well as well-preserved historical attractions such as Intramuros, Chinatown and the Cultural Centre of the Philippines.  The city’s domestic and international airports are less than 30 minutes’ drive away and the port terminal is 10 minutes from the hotel.New World Manila Bay Hotel Exterior

    New World Manila Bay Hotel features 376 guestrooms and suites with Residence Club executive floors and lounge.  Six dining options include Market Cafe; the Cantonese restaurant Li Li offering five private rooms for eight to 16 people with a wine cellar and a tea bar; The Fireplace steakhouse featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired oven; The Lounge, Pool Bar and The Pastry Boutique.

    Meeting and event space includes a 630-square-meter (approximately 6,700-square-foot) ballroom accommodating up to 700 guests for cocktail parties and four venuesideal for business meetings and a range of social and corporate events.

    Recreational facilities include an outdoor 25-meter lap pool, a fitness center and The Club Oasis Spa offering 10 treatment rooms.  The hotel is part of a complex including a 150,000-square-foot casino.
