(27 February 2023, Hong Kong) Hongkong Land’s Centricity Flex has reached over 90% occupancy of its 25,000 sq. ft workspace, as the group continues to innovate and deliver value to its tenants. Launched in 2021 and occupying the entire 17th and 18th floors of Edinburgh Tower in Central, Hong Kong, Centricity Flex caters to companies who value health and wellness as well as a flexible office environment in Central, close to their clients.

More than 200 meditation and yoga workshops have been held since launch, all booked digitally through Hongkong Land’s exclusive Centricity app offering seamless convenience, connectivity and privileges for the Group’s tenants in Central.
