• Viva Properties’ Viva Place: A new iconic office tower at the heart of Island South

    (27 March 2023, Hong Kong) JLL is delighted to announce that the firm has been appointed by Viva Properties as the sole leasing agent and property manager of Viva Place (“ViP”), a Grade A commercial building. The property is set to be the new iconic building in Island South when completed.
