    HONG KONG, 18 August 2025 – 33 Kennedy Road, the highly anticipated new residential landmark jointly developed by The Development Studio (TDS) and Fu Hop Investment, has been met with robust market response since its launch.

    Following the positive reception of the initial launch, the developers officially announced the second sales arrangement today, releasing all 36 units under Price List No. 2.     The upcoming round of sales will officially commence on Friday, 22 August 2025, at 7/F, One Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Hong Kong (the “Taikoo Place Venue”), with sales hours on the first day from 4 pm to 11 pm. Thereafter, starting from Monday, 25 August, sales will continue from Monday to Friday, between 11 am and 6 pm, at 9/F, Baskerville House, 13 Duddell Street, Central, Hong Kong (the “Central Venue”). The sales process on 22 August 2025 for Group A (A1 to A3) will be conducted over three time slots and will be prioritised for bulk purchasers and buyers of three-bedroom units. Group B will be open to general buyers of one unit. Prospective buyers must submit their registrations of intent by 6 pm on Wednesday, 20 August 2025.
