• Sei Saadiyat brings wellness-focused living to Saadiyat Cultural District

    21 October 2026

Aldar today announced the launch of Sei Saadiyat, a residential development inspired by timeless design and wellness philosophies, bringing a sense of connection to nature, ritual, and restorative living to Saadiyat Cultural District.

The name Sei, meaning stillness and calm in Japanese, is reflected throughout the living experience, with amenities designed around wellness, relaxation, fitness, and social connection. These include hot and cold pool experiences, a Zen garden, outdoor yoga decks, indoor and outdoor fitness facilities, and sports courts.

The full development will comprise 778 homes across six residential buildings, while the first phase will feature 265 homes across two buildings. Residences will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with Aldar’s new loft-style homes featuring double-height living spaces and elevated bedrooms.

Located within Saadiyat Cultural District, the development provides access to major cultural destinations including Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum, Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi, and teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi, as well as nearby retail, dining, and leisure attractions.

Sei Saadiyat will also feature a specialist clinic focused on health, physiotherapy, and recovery, alongside a library, gaming lounge, cinema rooms, co-working spaces, children’s facilities, landscaped courtyards, and curated retail and dining offerings.

In line with Aldar’s sustainability commitments, the development is targeting Estidama Pearl 3 and will incorporate smart community features and EV provisions. Sales for the first phase will launch on 16 September 2026.
