Targeted for completion in 2027, the Artist Square Towers (AST) is designed to offer a low-density working environment with a harbourfront view and expansive green open spaces. Sitting alongside the International Gateway Centre, International Commerce Centre, The HarbourPlace View and Elements, AST reinforces the area’s position as a major business destination.
AST comprises three harbourfront blocks – East Tower, West Tower and South Tower, offering premium office and retail space where the East and West Towers are linked across the top eight floors. Aedas Global Design Principal Cary Lau shares, ‘The contemporary workplace design incorporates balconies and flexible floor plate configurations to accommodate a broad spectrum of tenant needs, creating a unified skyline presence and enabling vertical connectivity.’
Artist Square Towers sit next to the renowned cultural complexes including the Hong Kong Palace Museum, M+, and the Xiqu Centre. AST will further elevate West Kowloon as a dynamic hub where commerce, retail, art, culture and sustainability converge to create a truly world class destination.
