“Teri has been a valuable member of our team for over a decade and we are pleased to now celebrate her appointment to Director in Hong Kong. Teri has extensive experience across international markets and has helped to design and deliver an impressive portfolio within Benoy. As we enter our 71st year, I’m pleased to see our leadership team strengthened and diversified and look forward to continuing the innovative and market leading work our teams are producing across the world,” said Trevor Vivian, Global Director and Hong Kong Studio Head at Benoy.

As an alumnus of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, USA, Teri began her career in design in America before moving to Hong Kong and later joining Benoy. Her exposure to overseas projects has helped to cultivate her ability to work across different cultures and backgrounds, delivering projects from Retail, to Commercial, Residential and Mixed-use with leading international and local clients.

For Benoy, Teri has led design teams for projects in Asia across Hong Kong, India and China. Notably, Teri’s portfolio includes the high-profile Ningbo New World Plaza, an 800,000m2 mixed-use development for New World China Land, comprised of a K11 Mall, iconic 250m mixed-use tower, two office towers and four residential towers with retail complexes; as well as the boutique Pazhou Tower in Guangzhou for Everbright and Phoenix Marketcity in Chennai for Phoenix Mills Limited.

“I am honoured to join the Benoy directorship at this exciting time for the firm. The unveiling of our brand evolution earlier this year, the expansion of our global footprint and a dedication to influence the world in which live through design has formed a truly inspiring place to work and create as an architect,” commented Teri. “I look forward to joining my trusted colleagues in the leadership team as I begin this next chapter at Benoy and further our success across the region and the globe.”
