• Build4Asia 2020 Rescheduled to 17-19 November, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre

    In line with the efforts by the Hong Kong Government to control and limit the spread of the Novel Coronavirus, Build4Asia, originally scheduled on 6 – 8 May 2020, will be postponed to 17 – 19 November 2020 at HKCEC, Hong Kong.

    The decision, which was taken after extensive industry consultations, aims to safeguard the safety and well-being of industry players and employees.

    Meanwhile, we are taking precautions and safety measures as recommended by the Hong Kong Department of Health and the World Health Organisation (WHO).

    Informa Markets, organiser of Build4Asia, will continue to monitor the developing situation and remain in close communication with the relevant local government bodies and other key stakeholders to make timely and appropriate adaptations.

    The Build4Asia team will reach out to all participants regarding further arrangements on due course. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    The 280-meter-tall Lumina Shanghai, developed by Henderson Land Group and designed by Gensler, is the tallest skyscraper in the Xuhui Riverside District.


    A sophisticated yet modern setting was derived by juxtaposition of Indochine-Vietnamese features and wood-fire inspired material palettes. Re-interpretation of the spatial order of a typical Indochine-Vietnamese mansion has been adopted to give hierarchy, layers and details to the space.
