    30 December 2012

Chi 130Designed by architects KplusK Associates and scheduled to open in 2014, CHI 130 will be the latest contemporary, urban offering from CHI residences, set to take serviced apartments to new levels of luxury and style.

CHI 130 will consist of 13 studios, 25 one-bedroom, three 2-bedroom and four top floor 2-bedroom duplex apartments, two of which have private access to roof gardens, and ideal space for families or groups.

Each apartment features beamless high ceiling environments, with floor to ceiling windows and a highly individual iconic façade system that incorporates private projecting balconies, that adds to the overall appeal of the building’s exterior. The 25-storey CHI complex is conveniently located in the heart of Wan Chai, across the street from the MTR station, and offers easy access to the entire city’s various modes of transport.

Created with sustainable architecture, CHI 130 is employing materials from renewable sources and will use energy saving LED lighting.
