Dr. Rosana Wong of Yau Lee Group was invited to deliver an engaging guest lecture today (1/9) at the CIC Master Class on Digital Twin and Common Data Environment. During the session, Dr. Wong shared the advanced facility management innovations implemented at Motto by Hilton Hong Kong SoHo with industry players and construction diploma students, demonstrating real-world applications of AI full-lifecycle management, blockchain technology, a six-level digital/autonomous twin solution, and the Smart Command Theatre.
The deployed digital/autonomous framework achieves asset-data completeness, accelerates fault diagnosis and reduces manual system switching. Furthermore, the integration of autonomous twin marks a significant milestone in optimizing mechanical efficiency, water quality monitoring (effective prevention of Legionnaires’ disease), and bio-risk management and all these operational metrics are centralized within the Smart Command Theatre. Earlier in February, Rosana was invited to present Hong Kong’s first commercial value-added autonomous twin solution and exchange insights at Stanford University.
By harmonizing cutting-edge technologies with sustainable operational practices, Yau Lee Group aims to position Motto by Hilton Hong Kong SoHo as an industry benchmark for sustainable hospitality. Through continuous innovation and data-driven efficiency, we remain committed to achieving a smart and carbon-neutral building management across the region.
