(28 June 2019, Hong Kong )JLL announced the appointment of Ken Tang as the Head of Kowloon Markets, effective from 1 July 2019.
Ken joined JLL in 2010 and is currently a Senior Director in the firm’s Kowloon Markets Team in Hong Kong, where he provides advice to occupier clients to source optimal solutions for their real estate needs. He has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, and previously worked with another real estate firm in commercial leasing on the tenant representation side of the business for 10 years. Prior to that, he worked in construction cost estimation and project management with Rider Levett Bucknall.
