The Lounge provides a contemporary yet cosy “living space” environment within the bustling Tsim Sha Tsui East district that warmly invites guests to enjoy simple and light meals and beverages. It also serves as a new and invigorating social hub within the hotel – its welcoming ambience makes it ideal for both casual mingling and business gatherings.
Nude Design Limited, a Hong Kong based design firm, designed The Lounge’s interior that conveys residential warmth within a bustling Tsim Sha Tsui East district. A warm and fresh colour palette along with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural daylight to stream through create a more contemporary residential “living room” environment; the versatile bookcase at the lounge entrance doubles as a display shelf and library to promote the relaxed tone, which helps to divide but not close off the space. Its design and the arrangement of versatile seating are well suited for a diversity of occasions.
The Lounge features homemade patisserie displayed in a vitrine, in addition to a menu of Asian and Western snacks. Signature dishes include Beef Sliders, Crab Cakes, Salmon Tartare, Roasted Duck Spring Roll, as well as mouth-watering desserts such as Raspberry Chocolate Cake, Pistachio Éclair, Vanilla Éclair and Green Tea Layer Cake. There is a comprehensive assortment of beverages and alcoholic drinks, including a bespoke tea selection of over 20 varieties featuring organic and herbal tea, as well as tea-infused cocktails.
