• URA Sets Up Dedicated Hotline to Handle Enquiries from Wang Fuk Court Owners on the Release of OBB 2.0 Subsidy by Cheque

    10 February 2026

[ 9 February 2026 ] The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) has arranged cheques for Operation Building Bright 2.0 (OBB 2.0) subsidies payable to owner-occupier or elderly owner-occupier of Wang Fuk Court, based on the information provided in their application forms.

These cheques have been delivered to Hop On Management Company Limited (Hop On), the appointed administrator for Wang Fuk Court, for onward distribution to individual owners. The URA emphasises that the recipient of the subsidy must be an eligible owner under OBB 2.0 or their legal heir.

The URA has been recently notified by Hop On that it has received enquiries from some Wang Fuk Court owners regarding the cheques. Following discussions with Hop On, the URA has set up a dedicated hotline today (9 February 2026) to directly address related enquiries or concerns and assist in resolving individual issues more efficiently, thereby alleviating owners’ concerns.

With immediate effect, the dedicated hotline 2588 2900 is operational and will be answered by URA officers from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
