First Leasing Transaction at Causeway Bay’s New Landmark Development, Facilitated by CBRE
CBRE has successfully advised ZA, the parent company of Hong Kong’s first digital bank, ZA Bank, on the leasing of approximately 44,000 sq. ft. across the top four floors of Tower 3 at Lee Garden Eight, the newest Grade A office development, by Hysan Development and Chinachem Group in Causeway Bay, scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
As an anchor tenant, ZA commitment marks the first leasing transaction at Lee Garden Eight. The new headquarters will consolidate the group’s operations into a single location, creating a future-ready workplace for more than 300 employees and supporting its next phase of growth. Situated in Causeway Bay, one of Hong Kong’s most established business districts, the office will also feature prominent branding opportunities, further enhancing the visibility and market presence.
The commitment also reflects the growing appeal of Causeway Bay as a hub for innovation, finance and business. As part of the Lee Gardens area, Lee Garden Eight has been designed to meet the evolving needs of forward-looking occupiers through a next-generation workplace and retail landmark at the centre.
