(19 October 2023, Hong Kong) CBRE Hong Kong has once again been recognized for service excellence at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Awards 2023 in Hong Kong. CBRE Capital Markets were awarded the prestigious Agency Team of the Year Award as well as the Best Deal of the Year Award for the acquisition of Rosedale Kowloon Hotel, the largest Hong Kong hotel conversion deal in 2022. This was achieved in collaboration with Weave Living, PGIM Real Estate and Mayer Brown.
The Capital Markets team was also Highly Commended in the Best Deal of the Year category for the transaction of a luxury residential site for redevelopment in the prime location of Magazine Gap Road, The Peak.
In the Agency Team of the Year category, the CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services – Industrial & Logistics team was Highly Commended for its versatility and achieving leadership position in the industrial sector. In 2022, the team concluded 23 leasing and sales deals with a total floor space of 860,000 sq. ft., which represents 55% of market share.
