Dr. Steven Tsang has joined Vipac Engineers & Scientists Hong Kong office.
Steven has over 10 years experience in engineering research and consultancy. Most of this experience is in the area of Computational Fluid Dynamics and its application to the building industry.
A lot of his work is related to the simulation of both indoor and outdoor air ventilation flows. He has also conducted many validation studies of Computational Fluid Dynamics software to compare the accuracy of CFD computations with experimental results.
Steven also has experience in Finite element analysis and has conducted several engineering structural analysis studies of civil engineering structures in Hong Kong.
He has been involved in numerous engineering consultancy projects for various companies including ARUP and Scott Wilson and also several governmental organisations in Hong Kong. He was also involved in the construction of Stonecutters Bridge, a one kilometre long cable stayed bridge in Hong Kong.
Steven is the author of numerous research journal publications on Computational Fluid Dynamics and its applications to indoor and outdoor air ventilation. For more information please visit www.vipac.com.au.
