Leighton Asia is pleased to announce that Ian Edwards has been appointed Managing Director of Leighton Asia, India and Offshore.

He was previously Executive General Manager of Leighton Asia’s operations in Hong Kong, Macau, China and Taiwan.

Edwards said he was looking forward to the opportunity to step into a broader management role with Leighton Asia, India & Offshore. Hamish Tyrwhitt, Chief Executive Officer of Leighton Holdings, said he was delighted to have someone of Ian’s calibre step into this role.

“Ian has transformed the business under his responsibility, bringing a clear focus on winning and delivering high quality projects and building a culture of performance focus, care and concern for people and loyalty to and respect for Leighton values.”
