JLL won the Office Team of the Year and Retail Team of the Year categories at the annual Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Hong Kong Awards 2015. The firm’s retail department director Adam Draper was named Young Achiever of the Year.

JLL claimed excellence certificates in four other categories: Residential Team of the Year; Industrial, Data Centre, Logistics Team of the Year; Property, Facility Management Team of the Year; and Best Deal of the Year. Morgan put the firm’s strong showing down to excellent teamwork.
