On the evening of 9 June, the 2015 Hong Kong Retail Industry Trade Awards will be presented at the Retail Asia Expo Gala Dinner. As this local industry’s most prestigious annual awards, the HKRIT Awards celebrate innovative leaders and their contribution to Hong Kong’s retail sector. Awards will be presented in three categories: Industry Super Retailer, Small Business Retailer, and Community Retailer.
The Gala Dinner will also bring the much-anticipated announcement of the winners of the 2015 Top 10 eCommerce Website Awards. Organised by GS1 Hong Kong and Retail Asia Expo, the awards recognise websites that have raised the bar for user experience and achieved phenomenal sales growth. The awards also provide an opportunity to showcase how online technologies are impacting Asia’s wider retail scene.
Free Seminars on Retail Technology, Design and Marketing
More than 30 free seminars will be held during the Expo, covering industry hot topics such as security, supply chain solutions, retail design, interactive shopping, e-commerce, loyalty programs, interactive devices and China-focused expansion. Held alongside Retail Asia Expo from 9 to 10 June, the Omni-Channel Retailing Conference is a platform for industry leaders to discuss strategies and best practices and share insights.
Attendees will hear how industry bellwethers create superior shopping experiences and engage customers in a seamless, integrated way across various channels and touch points. They will examine new strategies and solutions to manage evolving technologies, social media trends and changing consumer expectations.
