• Knight Frank scoops RICS awards for five consecutive years

    (14 March 2016, Hong Kong) – Knight Frank has received the top real estate awards from RICS for the fifth year in a row. At the RICS Hong Kong Awards 2016, Knight Frank was awarded Professional Consultancy Services Team of the Year for the third time and Residential Team of the Year for the fifth consecutive year. Knight Frank also won Certificate of Excellence for Retail Team of the Year. These awards recognise our determination, excellence and professionalism which enable us to provide a comprehensive service.

    Professional Consultancy Services Team of the Year

    Knight Frank has advised government, landlords, investors, financers and end-users for more than 40 years in Hong Kong. In 2015, Knight Frank successfully sought the District Land Conference’s (DLC) consideration of our West Kowloon Cultural District land grant case. In addition, Knight Frank has consistently supported government initiatives to create land supply, one of which is through underground and cavern development studies.

    Residential Team of the Year

    Knight Frank has been awarded the Residential Agency Team of the Year for the fifth consecutive year since the award was introduced in 2012. In 2015, Knight Frank rolled out 22 international projects for 19 overseas developers, concluding 133 deals with an 80% return buyer rate.

    Retail Services Team of the Year

    Since 2006, Knight Frank has advised on the Central Police Station project from various revitalisation issues, the sites’ commercial elements, to being the sole leasing agent where in 2015, Knight Frank completed the majority of F&B leasing for 12 available premises. A completely bespoke commercial lease was designed, with proceeds from stores underwriting art development programs in H
    ong Kong.
