    The Xian Nanhu Residential Development Phase 1 has been recognized as the Gold Winner in the category of Best Residential Development.

    The MIPIM Asia Awards recognize the property industry’s best and brightest, rewarding innovation and achievement in a variety of fields. The project is situated in the grounds of a former royal garden in Xian dating back to Qin dynasty. The axial layout of the development provides visual and physical linkages to the historic landmarks which still adorn the gardens. A number of sustainable design features have been incorporated in the design, creating a beautiful “green park” which is completely free of vehicular traffic.
